Compulsory final cleaning 45 €
On request cleaning can be done during the stay at the rate of 45€
A deposit of 350€ will be required upon your arrival. The amount will be blocked on your credit card and returned at your departure.
The reception is open Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
For arrivals outside reception opening hours, a telephone number is given to you.
Pets are allowed with a supplement of €15 per week (maximum 1 per villa).
A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation is requested upon reservation by bank transfer.
You can cancel free of charge up to 60 days before the day of your arrival and the deposit will be refunded: beyond this period, the deposit is no longer refundable.
In the event of cancellation between 30 days and the day of arrival, the full amount of the reservation is due.
